Working with Transits
This course looks at all the components of transits, from the technical side of orbs and learning how to decide what is important and what is not, to the delineation side of how to read transits within the context of the person’s life story.

This course consists of 11 lectures which are videos of around15 minutes each so you can watch them in the small spaces in your day. These videos give you chart examples of the key point being taught to you and are supported with extra videos on Tools, with handouts which include: You will get extra notes on the meaning of the houses, planets and aspects in transit work. Plus 100 years of one-year graphic ephemerides for you to work with and 100 years of five-year graphic ephemerides so you learn to work with the big picture. If you do not know what these are, do not worry you will learn how to use them!
Studying the Working with Transit course
You engage with the Transit course online from your own computer – PC or MAC, or you can use your iPhone or iPad. Once you enrol you will instantly gain access to the course. Log into your courses using your chosen username and password. Then click on My Courses – top right hand menu, then click on the Working with Transit course.
The course is aimed at astrologers who know the basic components of a chart, what the houses and planets mean, and the role of aspects. If you feel that you do not have these skills, then we recommend that you first enrol in the our Delineation Foundations course.
This course is designed to lift your transit work to a higher level, whatever your starting point.

Dr Bernadette Brady
The lecturer is Bernadette Brady who holds a PhD from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and did her doctorate in beliefs in fate in 20th and 21st-century astrology. She also holds a masters degree in Culture Astronomy and Astrology from Bath Spa University, UK. In September, 2006 she was honoured by the Astrological Association of Great Britain by being awarded the prestigious Charles Harvey Award for “exceptional service to astrology”, and in 2008 with the Regulus Award in theory and Understand by the USA community at UAC in Denver. She is only one of a handful of UK astrologers to hold this award (some others being Nick Campion and Liz Greene).
